A note

Many of you often wonder why climbers train so hard. Some of them want to be stronger, some of them want to win competition but most does it cause its fun. Ask yourself why do u train for hours, why do u torture yourself? The answer will come to you one day and its obvious cause U LOVE CLIMBING.

U don’t only love climbing, u love the friends you make, u love sharing a point of view on how to finish this route and finally U love people cheering u on to do the next move. My point is this some of you have only 3 years to climb, after that we all part our own destiny in life. Some of us will serve the country; some may continue further studies and some might start work. But I hope the passion of climbing will ignite in everyone.

To the year 1s who have just started climbing, don’t be too frustrated on yourselves your seniors were once on the same stage as you. Just come for training and do what Coach says cause it works; it really does. To my fellow year 2 and year 3s let bag more competition and make climb. Republic well known.

training SOME of you did:-

run around the school.
& 5 sets of:-

run up the slope.
20 push-ups.
20 burpees.
down the slope.
20 sit-ups.
10 pull-ups.
10 leg raises.

Tiring?
Maybe.

But, today's training plan was not to test your physical strength. It was more to your mental strength. How much you wanted to train. why i gave a choice if you wanted to do it or not? its no use forcing. For those who did, Congrats! It is a lot of shit ain't it? And don't you realised that yes, while doing the whole circuit, it was damn damn damn tiring but when it finished, it was ok. Not that tiring aye?

Yes. It was all, up there.

If you want to do it, you will be able to get it done.

It's ok if you are slow. Its better than not moving at all.

So, to all that did. Cool. Carry on the enthusiasm.
Like zai mentioned just now,

people would answer, "It's a sport."
But we, would answer, "It's a PASSION."
