there is 2 certain aspect when it comes to climbing,
POWER VS STRENGTH
POWER is when u use energy and burst for next move
Like a Dyno or maybe a dynamic move....
meanwhile
STRENGTH is when how long u can hold a certain handhold
Like grip strength, crimp strength
SO to train on both u have to do diffrently
here a training log example
Power
Do dynamic pull 4 sets of 5
strength
STATIC pull up 4 set of 5
reach the pull up by 1 min
