The speakers would not meet your expectation its due to the multi purpose hall is an open area. So the sound would be that loud. This is one of the loudest speakers I could find. If you like the type which SP is using, it would cost about $500-$900

new updates:
We have several new routes up today.
Boulder, Difficulty, Speed, anything you can think off, everything had been set up. :P
And if you guys came to the wall and wonder why there are pairs of tiles at the side, those are actually for you to use as well. use them to start routes, or u can even use them to train i.e. deadhangs, locks. SO, let ur imagination run WILD!
Do come down and try them all out!
Challenge yourself. Reach up high.
Also, if u are free on saturday, do come down aite! We need those strong hands of yours to help out putting in more tiles. So, before, during and after sleeping, think of new, interesting problems and do share with us!
and if u guys saw the stickers just now and do not have a chance to grab 'em, no worries! I still got a few of them left! WHILE STOCK LASTS!!
there is 2 certain aspect when it comes to climbing, POWER VS STRENGTH
POWER is when u use energy and burst for next move Like a Dyno or maybe a dynamic move....
meanwhile
STRENGTH is when how long u can hold a certain handhold Like grip strength, crimp strength
SO to train on both u have to do diffrently here a training log example
Power Do dynamic pull 4 sets of 5
strength STATIC pull up 4 set of 5 reach the pull up by 1 min
"all those things stated above by Aidil, but not forgetting your foot movement and core. Also, do remember to do opposing workouts to keep your opposing muscles balanced.
i.e. pull-ups with push-ups. abs exercise with back exercise. thats all for now.

Traversing is where u climb PARALLELLY... WHERE U CLIMB FROM END TO END this is good expecially for Warm UP and also for experimenting with tiles and footing..
